About us
Hi, I'm Michelle Sheahan.
Welcome to Holistic Healing Clinic.
I started my journey into health and fitness by completing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Heath Science in I.T Tralee.
From there I opened a Fitness Studio for fitness classes including Yoga and Pilates and Personal Training which I ran for 7 years.
I also trained in Physical Therapy with ICOM and have been treating injuries for 10 years.
I have completed my training for Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute, for both adults and Paediatrics.
I have also been a member of the committee for the Irish Association of Craniosacral Therapists.
I really enjoy what I do and have a passion for helping people heal. I look forward to meeting you and helping you on your way back to full health.
